Scene Problem

I need a filler scene.
.
The next scene I'm ready to start writing does not belong up against the scene I just finished. There needs to be something in between them.
.
The problem is that I'm against "filler" material, just on instinct. They tend to either bog down your story, create a situation you need to deal with, create needless exposition, require a POV jump that I didn't want to do, or just stand there and scream "FILLER SCENE!"

Yet in this case I need one.
